TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The service offered by LITTLE AMERICA srls on this site must be understood as being exclusively aimed at the final consumer, i.e. a natural person who purchases for personal purposes, different and not attributable to his/her own and possible professional activity. Therefore, LITTLE AMERICA srls reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than the final consumer or in any case orders that do not comply with these conditions.
By placing a purchase order on this site, the customer declares to be over 16 years of age or, if under 16, declares to have the consent to the provision of data by a parent or legal guardian, pursuant to art. 8 of REG 2016/679 GDPR.
The contract is deemed to be stipulated from the moment the order is received.
LITTLE AMERICA srls undertakes to supply the customer with the products ordered, in compliance with the terms and conditions set out, without prejudice to the right not to execute orders from persons who do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency, or who do not fall into the aforementioned category of the "final consumer".
The right to not execute orders is also reserved if, for any reason, the ordered product is not available for sale.
For anything not expressly regulated in these General Conditions, please refer to the provisions of Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n.185 and the applicable discipline dictated by the Civil Code. On this site, LITTLE AMERICA srls offers its customers the possibility of purchasing only items already available in stock: the customer is not allowed to order items that are not already available. Therefore, the order containing an item that, in the meantime, even by mere error, has become unavailable, is to be considered null. The order must preferably be paid at the same time as the closing of the purchase transaction via PayPal, or within a maximum of 12 hours from receipt of the order confirmation email.
Upon their expiration, the order will be considered null and void and will be eliminated.
In case of payment by credit card, the information relating to the transaction (card number, expiration date, security code) will be sent to the entity responsible for processing, via encrypted protocol, without third parties being able to access them in any way, in compliance with current legislation on privacy and the processing of personal data.
However, this information will never be viewed or stored by LITTLE AMERICA srls.
The products sold and the manufacturing brands are carefully selected for their rigorous quality control standards. However, LITTLE AMERICA srls declines all responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of your computer or a malfunction, even temporary, the colors of the photographed products or the characteristics displayed and described on the site may be different from the originals, for reasons objectively not attributable to LITTLE AMERICA srls.
