Items on which a discount equal to or greater than 50% of the initial sale price is applied are NOT subject to the possibility of return and/or exchange.

Goods purchased on sale can only be exchanged on sale collections.

MANAGEMENT

There are no refunds for merchandise purchased online at littleamericastore.com

In case of dislike of the goods or need to change size, the customer can choose another item to replace the one previously purchased for the equivalent amount.

The goods purchased on the littleamericastore.com website can also be exchanged in Store, exclusively at the Eur store ( Via dei Corazzieri 9/11/13).

The customer, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the package, must return the item to the store at his own expense and indicate the item or items chosen as a replacement. 

As soon as the package returns to the store we will proceed to carry out the following checks:

-The tag is perfectly intact and has not been removed from the item.

-All labels, whether fabric or hanging, are perfectly intact and have not been removed from the garment.

-Each item to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was shipped and must be packaged neatly.

-Each returned item has not been worn and/or washed and/or ironed and/or treated in any way.

If the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, littleamericastore.com reserves the right to deduct from the return an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.

If you purchased a product from a retail location and it appears to be damaged or defective, please contact the LITTLE AMERICA store where you made the purchase.

If you have purchased a product from the online store that is damaged or defective, littleamericastore.com refers to the legislation provided for the "Legal guarantee on consumer goods" (articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code). Contact our Customer Service to explain your case, always specifying your order number.
