Cotopaxi

Cotopaxi (koh-toh-PAHK-see) in Ecuador, one of the world’s tallest active volcanoes, played an important role in founder Davis’ life. The mountain’s glacial streams, wild llamas, and countless hiking trails awakened in him the spirit of adventure and gratitude that later inspired him to found Cotopaxi.

Three words: Volcano, Blade, Nature . These define the new brand Cotopaxi specialized in high quality outdoor clothing. The founder, David, has welcomed the challenge oriented towards sustainability and inspired by the majesty of the Andean nature and the Cotopaxi volcano, he has decided to fight to protect and enhance the beauty that our planet has to offer us.

Cotopaxi is committed to ensuring that the entire production cycle and that each product complies with rigorous ecological standards and of social welfare of all workers involved in the production chain.

The use of residual materials or coming from recycled raw materials represents the main creative challenge for the creation of each product.
